Where Everyday Coloradans Lead

About Us

Rocky Mountain Voice Trailblazers is a grassroots leadership network founded by Heidi Ganahl, built on a simple but powerful belief: the future of Colorado belongs to the people who show up for it.

Across our state, everyday Coloradans are stepping up — in their neighborhoods, their schools, their churches, their city halls, and their communities. Trailblazers exists to meet them where they are, equip them with real tools, and help them lead with confidence.

As an initiative of Rocky Mountain Voice, Trailblazers is more than a network — it's a launchpad. Whether you're just beginning to engage or you're a seasoned community leader looking to sharpen your skills, Trailblazers provides the resources, training, and connections to help you grow.

Colorado is not shaped by one voice — it is shaped by the many everyday Coloradans who choose to engage. Trailblazers is committed to equipping those people with the skills, tools, and connections they need to move from the sidelines to the frontlines of their communities — and to activate a new generation of grassroots leaders across our state.

The most lasting change is built from the ground up — in living rooms, church basements, and community meetings — wherever people care enough to speak up, show up, and lead. Trailblazers is here to make sure those people are equipped with the tools and resources they need, engaged with a network of like-minded and wholehearted leaders across Colorado, and elevated with the understanding, intent, abilities, character, and track record (Trust) needed to become effective grassroots leaders who drive lasting change with outstanding results.

Where Everyday Coloradans Lead. Equip. Engage. Elevate.

Who Can Participate

Rocky Mountain Voice Trailblazers is open to everyday Coloradans who are ready to get involved — at whatever stage they're at in their leadership journey.

That includes experienced grassroots leaders looking to sharpen their skills and expand their network, volunteers ready to support the leaders on the frontlines, and those just beginning to consider whether this is their moment to step up. Wherever you are, there is a place for you here.

Trailblazers is built for people who share a common set of values:

Our Values

Build trust through the truth

Be pro-citizen, pro-liberty, pro-Colorado

Inspire the next generation of Coloradans

Honor our heritage of rugged individualism

Trailblazers is built for people who are seeking to effectively live out these values in their communities and across Colorado. It provides a place where those who want to get involved can get involved — learning how to be more effective, maturing their personal and group leadership skills, discovering where they can best contribute, and finding the support they need to make a real impact in the political and civic life of our state.
